Texas Roadhouse is an American chain restaurant that specializes in steaks around a Western theme and is a subsidiary of Texas Roadhouse Inc, which is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky.The chain operates about 563 locations (as of June 2018) in 49 U.S. states and in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain,the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, the Philippines, Mexico, Taiwan, and South Korea. It is known for its free buckets of peanuts at each table along with free dinner bread rolls.

Texas Roadhouse service is horrible, waiting for a table and food takes a really long time, Christine M wrote a review on tripadvisor.com

"I knew when they opened it would take some time for them to get a handle on things. They have been over for a year or two and still haven't gotten in together. The service was horrible. The food was good but took FOREVER TO GET TO THE TABLE. I had a beer my son chocolate milk. When we finished waiter was no where to be found. No where. We sat for 20 mins without a drink. Appetizer came out same time as food. which was an hour after ordered. Most places will atleast bring the child's food out first. Nope. Took another 15 mins after I got mine. I love Texas roadhouse how ever this one was horrible"

"Had such an awful experience with all of the employees there. Made me feel super uncomfortable and every time I had a question during training it was never answered and was just told to “run food” when I was training to become a server. Everyone was just super rude. Awful place to work."

"I worked there for over a year and the harassment was awful. A few months in a new co-owner takes over and this guy keeps flirting with many of the girls including me. So on top of nearly the entire kitchen being creeps the store manager was too. He even came to a bar I went to with friends and harassed me there.I tried reporting this to my supervisors but they all knew and joked about it. Then I tried to people above them and was ignored. Finally tried reporting it to eeoc after leaving but the case worker blamed me for not reporting it sooner. Lastly after 2 years or so I tried going back cause I heard the new owner was much better and I missef the job. But I got told because I tried reporting it I was never welcome back to TXRH.Good tipsharassment"

"I worked at this particular Texas Roadhouse in Crystal lake and boy let me tell you they hired some messed up people.. The back of house staff was filled with creepy old cocaine addicted men who worked on the line. The managers in the back were nowhere near qualified for the job considering they would take “prom styled pictures” with the staff & Berate you in front of everyone saying “if you don’t like how I talk about you, you can leave.” Saying that the only reason that I was there is because of my co worker and if they fired me it would be a middle finger to them… when in reality I wanted to be fired because I could also not tolerate the entitled servers who would not listen to the managers for anything. The managers always picked favorites , If you were one you could do whatever you wanted and get away with it. They also don’t clean the kitchen well enough considering they don’t properly train everyone on every station so the dish area would always be flooded. If you wanna work at a circus of a job, swing on by to Texas Road house of Crystal lake, ILFree food!Everything else"

"during the whole Covid-19 pandemic i was taken off the schedule and not given a reason why. Then 3 days before opening up they gave me a bs excuse. They tried to say I was "sick" and that "I'd never call them." Which is all very untrue, i called the restaurant everyday for a month straight trying to pick up a shift and always got told that no manager was available. The mamagers at this location also have me added on snapchat and they always post about them getting high at work or them drinking on the job. Horrible management.Nothingeverything about the job is a con."

"This is a very misleading company. They are super welcoming and loving in the beginning but quickly turn into not caring about your needs. They clearly have favorites and if you’re not one of them, then good luck. They will throw your personal business out to everyone and not care about doing so."

"Absolutely not worth it! You do WAY MORE work than what you’re paid for. At the end of the night you sweep your own tables while still clocked in at $2.75 an hour! It’s legit labor work! Management is so unorganized. We’ve went through new owners already within 6 months, we’ve had several managers that get fired or quit. The amount of druggies that you work with is ridiculous and they get treated better than your high quality servers!"

I witnessed a culinary member run out the back door to beat someone up in the parking lot and he was allowed to continue to work. Drug use on premises. It wasn't a job I would stand up for."

"On 10/25/2020 my wife and I went to our favorite Texas Roadhouse at 8304 Two Notch Road in Columbia SC. We have been regularly going to this restaurant since 2013. Tonight was the worse example of customer service. Firstly, we we walked in to be seated and the hand sanitizer at the front door was inop. Secondly we noticed our waitress, Yolanda, practically laying on the table taking the order from the table next to ours. But what really was a complete disappointment was we didnt get our salads until after our entree came out, followed by the fact that after being 3/4 through our meal she tried to give us our appetizer. Whattttt! Oh and hope you were not expecting to enjoy their delicious rolls.... only got one basket! Don't even try to blame this on Covid... in years past when you could barely get into the door, the service was fantastic. This store needs an overhaul. Maybe yall should benchmark Chic-fila to get some training on real customer service."

The manager decided to put a loud mouth black female ballot cheater at the front desk as their host.
This location has become desperate instead of seeking a college student or an educated white teen who would do a much better job than a stupid loud mouth black girl who can even look at her customers straight in their eyes due to on going guilty feelings from her own people who cheated our voting system with the state of the art Dominion software chip reader to outsmart white people because they know for a fact that they are better at pretending to care for their customers with a deceitful smile.

This black girl was obviously the wrong pick as a host for a busy restaurant. The supervisor thought that she did a marvelous job at seating every customer but the driver knows the black evil teen way better than his supervisor.

Black teens are not a good fit to work at any restaurant as a host due prolong schemes by telling all the white girls to trick their customers if they wish to get to know one of them outside the restaurant, the white teen would have to go thru the black looter for a corrupted fee.

The rich driver gave a white teen who brings food to her customer a $30 tip for Christmas due to her enthusiastic positive nature as suppose to a black girl who got a $3 tip for deceiving and destroying small business properties and for helping the Director in charge of the ballot voting center get all the votes for Joe Biden by using the Dominion software chip to cheat President Trump out of his re-election.

One word of advise girls, don't ever believe anything a black imbecile will tell you to do out of your free will.
This black host is not your mom nor is your manager.
If this girl pressure any of you at giving a BS percentage for hooking up with a customer that you truly like, then you sure in hell need to let the Sheriff know about that black host, she needs to be exposed to the public for all her lies and conspiracy to commit pity thief while at work using a co-worker.

Black girls are well-known for all types of scams. Don't let them fool you, they are indeed dumb as hell if you ask us.

The GOP Republican Committee Security Advisor has reported this black girl to the security council as a public risk for telling lies and fabrication to the residents."
